Has my large black Jon Jones LOSES IT and posts X-rated diss toward Tom Aspinall

July 2024 · 3 minute read

The Tom Aspinall vs. Jon Jones saga is going full steam ahead without any signs of stopping. Since becoming the UFC heavyweight interim champion, Aspinall has frequently called out Jones for a title unification bout. However, after getting rejected multiple times, the Brit has now accused Jones of ducking him.

Jon Jones is currently interested in fighting Aspinall and is focused on his legacy fight with Stipe Miocic. However, according to Aspinall, Miocic is old and Jones should fight him instead. Recently, during a media segment, Aspinall called Jones the ‘dodging champion’. This didn’t sit well with ‘Bones’ who ripped the fighter with an NSFW comment.

This dude literally has my large black c**k in his mouth every week. I'm flattered. I absolutely guarantee that he will not win more championships than me…. There's been many champions, no one like me.

Ahead of Tom Aspinall’s last fight at UFC 304, Jones had his money against the interim champion. However, Aspinall made it look easy and gathered a TKO victory. Aspinall later made fun of Jones for going completely quiet after the fight. Aspinall also made a hilarious skit to mock Jon Jones and Dana White

Speaking about White, the CEO has also received a considerable amount of trolling for hyping up Jones in his interviews. According to White, Jones is not ducking anybody and his fight with Miocic makes the best sense. Additionally, White has also been arguing with the media about Jones being the pound-for-pound number one fighter.

Does Jon Jones deserve the current pound-for-pound number-one position in the UFC?

Currently, Jon Jones is the third fighter in the men’s UFC pound-for-pound list, right below Islam Makhachev and Alex Pereira. However, according to Dana White, this list is a sham, and as long as Jones is fighting he should be at the top. Jones also felt the same and thanked his boss for supporting him.

However, the public sentiment is quite different as Jones has not been active like Pereira or Makhachev. The fighter has had only one title fight in the last four years. While talking about the ongoing debate, former UFC P4P ace, Demetrius Johnson shared his views and sided with Islam Makhachev

There's gotta be a point where somebody’s achievements on how active they are fighting and defending their belt has to overcome the past. Jon Jones will always be the pound-for-pound best fighter in the world if he never fights but currently, at the top of the list, it should be Islam Makhachev.

As usual, debate is still going on with various fans sharing their respective opinions. However, fans are definitely focused on UFC 309 which is expected to host the main event bout between Jones and Stipe Miocic. If this is how Jones wants to go out, it would be a great retirement fight for the legendary fighter.
